No wonder the players under his stewardship are indecisive, the man cannot effectively communicate!
Every time he is in front of a camera, he Umh’s all the time.
This is not the sign of a Good Leader, but that of a complete dither head, which just about sums up our current style of play!
A bad performance against Mansfield and he will have to disappear into obscurity as far as I am concerned.
I don’t care if we out pass, have more possession, if we can’t get into their box and get a shot away then he’s wasting all our time, more shots mean more goals, simple law of averages!
You might lose the odd game when the opposition reverse those stats on you, but at least you will have given yourselves a good chance to win the game!
I want decisiveness, purposeful play and a desire to put that ball into the oppositions net!

Just heard the first 3 minutes of the interview. How many times does he need to say ‘Consistency’?? Is this a message to the board, “Don’t sack me, you’ll set us back even further”. The dimensions of the pitch were changed for him, everything has been set up for him to be successful, so why hasn’t it happened yet?!?
Also I got angry when he was saying he’ll take the heat and blame as thats his job…. Why hasn’t he done that for the last 3 weeks? Why has he blamed players? Why has he blamed anyone / anything EXCEPT himself?
