It is becoming increasingly likely that Tom Stockwell/Dan Rice are behind the Wycombe Whisper account. Not only do they know all the transfer dealings, injury updates and team news, they are always praising everything the ownership do and complementing the performances of the players they have signed.
What are people’s thoughts?
It’s been done before by Michael Beale, but would be incredibly stupid, any evidence, beyond a few correct calls?
The unerring accuracy seems to suggest someone is playing a dangerous/silly game.
It’s more than just a few, they know almost everything about transfer dealings including the situation on medicals and who we are and aren’t interested in. Also, they get practically every bit of injury information in advance so, surely it’s someone at the club in a senior position!

The clubs always been a bit leaky with ITKs but wonder if they feel less loyalty than in previous years
Don’t use Twitter so no idea what they post but if it is someone linked to the club does it matter that much?
More importantly have they posted we might be signing a striker or midfielder who can put a tackle in?
if so, dont mind as that way we get to know what is going on , he did say not having a number 9 is not the problem….that rings alarm bells !!

Nah. I’ve exchanged posts with him/her since the account was live. Definitely got some sort of inside knowledge, but been wrong on a few things transfer wise. I really like the account, doesn’t post that often, and yes it’s very ‘glass half full’ but there aren’t that many of us pro-Dodds fans!

Not sure it really matters whether it’s an ‘inside job’ or just a friend or someone who’s very much behind what’s going on. Either way, it’s someone’s view and you can agree or disagree as you see fit..
If a company employee is giving out info they shouldn’t it’s a problem.
If a company director is pretending to be fans on social media to brief against other fans it’s a problem.
we get some inside information, what is the problem with that? prefer this infinitely more than the approach used by Blooms when he was with us…

This guy predicts what he thinks the best line up will be of a game ( and often gets it wrong ) , he agrees we need to sign a number 9 and says “we are desperate for a left winger “ (this goes against what Dodds has said needs to be done) .
The ownership group are far from prefect but do you honestly have such little respect / faith in them that you think Rice would do this? I mean come on ! Oh my days !
