Dan Rice acquires 10% of Wycombe Wanderers

I heard (or at least made up) he already has two separate accounts on here.

@James is one, i’m not sure who the other account is!

It’s you. Nice try at hiding in plain sight, buddy.

Aha it’s often said he reads the Gassroom tbf, but dunno if he’s gone to the trouble of creating an account.

Don’t you have to have an account to read the Gasroom?

From my perspective this announcement signals more of the same!

Academy first, EFL second, Rice making all the decisions.

Similar to what others have said, unfortunately I’ll never get over the lack of respect given to club legends and the general ethos of what the club stood for under Gaz & Bloomfield.

So many mistakes have been made, but let’s hope for better days, and the welcome investment better spent!

I’ve view this as cautiously optimistic.

Rice now has real skin in the game owning a part of the club.

Lommy still massively majority holder.

Whilst we will never know the details, I don’t view this as a ‘tradable asset’.

I’m sure there is a decent chunk of ‘lock in’ with the 10% and I’m sure there would have to be board approval should either party want to make changes.

If they ever take it public, I’d buy a few quids worth.

I am fairly positive about this. Obviously Lomtadze is happy with things as they are and this means Dan has an interest in making the club successful. I also think Dan

has learnt a lot in the last year or so and perhaps this shows Lomtadze’s newly found confidence in him.

You’re making the huge mistake of assuming the gasroom is even slightly representative of Wycombe fans as a whole.

“I can’t believe you don’t believe exactly what I do, it’s 2026!”

Where did he say anything about fans as a whole?

It’s getting easier to lure you out these days.

Ps wow I hadn’t actually read this fully, what a thing to wish on someone…

As previously evidenced.

The wishing ill on him ending. I’d read the first line and a half.

Which bit of the first line and a half had anything to do with “Wycombe fans as a whole”?

Not getting lured into your little game any further.

Answer my questions…like Dev in disguise.
