We couldn’t believe at the time why Notts County were prepared to release such a talented terrier of a midfielder. His son looks like a chip off the old block.

I believe Kevin Nolan was the reason we could not believe they let him go, yes. Certainly my Notts supporting relatives found it strange.
Matt Phillips ran out for 66 minutes in Stevenage’s 1-0 win over Huddersfield and had the best chance of the first-half according to the BBC match report. Cam Humphreys was brought on after just 10 minutes and then subbed on 79 minutes for the visitors.
Potts send off for West Ham against Burton, straight red too, though it looked harsh.

Former Wycombe Wanderers left back is still playing at the age of 43. For Cullompton Rangers in the South West Peninsula East Division, the same level as Holmer Green & Penn & Tylers Green.
I was present as his side beat Newton Abbot Spurs 5-0 at the weekend, though can’t be sure if he played or not.

Ian Rundle looking at the kit and his Age that was when he played for Oxford city before joining us. Defender played for us from the mid sixties to the early 70s.
