Stockdale is buying the club he currently manages…Farsley Celtic!
And makes his debut, starting in two friendlies earlier this month. Their next competitive game appears to be in September.

This came up in my reconmended feed. And I was wondering if any stato out-there/here knew who our oldest players have been non-League and pro. Preferably outfield.
Should add when playing for us. As I know this is for ex players or any hardcore stato that knows who departed from us only to carry on to a ripe all age. ?
My guesses would be Ray Wilkins or Rob Lee or Bayo.
Edit: and in terms of post-Wycombe geriatrics, my namesake played until aged 43 at which point he was oldest player in the Football League.

Ainsworth must be close when he was player manager. Not sure how old Cyrille Regis and Simon Garner may of been.

What about when GA played for us during the EFL (insert sponsor’s name) Trophy against Northampton?
He was 43 (game was 30 August 2016 and he was born 10 May 1973)

Luca Woodhouse signs for Exeter City, will be interesting to see how he does. Personally would have kept him in the squad but glad he’s been recruited and will be following his progress next year.
BFP suggest Bradley has confirmed he’s definitely not coming back, seems an obvious miss if it was our choice. He’s not going to play for ever and wouldn’t get us resale value but plenty to contribute I’d suggest.
