If it was a block, then it should have been an indirect for obstruction, but as Norris did not move into the path of the attacker while not in playing distance of the ball it wouldn’t be that.
The holding is debatable, someone posted on here he thought the attacker ran into Norris, so I’d personally say it does not come under what law 12 talks about in the dogso sense.
let’s just enjoy second half now

The Norris one was 5050 the Orient keeper call is baffling.
The ref must have thought Fred had played it too far wide but that’s baffling

First game I saw under Dodds was Brum away. Hated the setup from minute 1 and remember thinking how isolated and miserable looking GMac was that day and a terrible feeling it would turn out to be a shocking appointment. We were better with 10 men that day.

No, Norris attempted to kick the ball and somehow missed it
Double jeopardy law means you can’t be sent off if you give away a penalty making an attempt to play the ball. Yellow card was the correct decision
Theirs should definitely have been a red card though
