A maiden post from me this morning and a long awaited away win this afternoon. Coincidence much?

A mix of that and myself and @Floyd missing the game.

We’ll test which of the 3 elements it needs at the next away game and replicate it every week.

Hmm… Not sure, they cut a few bits on Fred’s vid too. Not sure if they were just rushing out content or something more interesting as you allude…

I agree that something has been edited out but we’ll never know

Seems unlikely he’d have thrown some massive transfer news into the middle of a game interview doesn’t it?

Great news old son, @OxfordBlue has worked wonders and defaulted replies to now include the original post.

Makes it a lot better, know you’ll appreciate it

James McClean is leaving Wrexham!

I’ve got it on quite good authority we’re heavily interested and to watch this space.

Ps I haven’t… I’m joking…thank goodness!

He signed for Derry City , thank god .

Henderson is a better player further forward, and isn’t as good as Morley in the 6/pivot position.

Maybe so but he can play that role all the same.He also makes a huge difference to the effectiveness of our midfield . Don’t get me wrong I would love Morley to come but I just think you inadvertently glossed over the existence of Henderson and what he brings to the team.

Henderson is a quality player, and he absolutely certainly makes our midfield better. If he and Scowen were fully fit and firing. I would still want Aaron Morey, purely because he is a significantly better passer of the ball than every midfielder on our books. I’ve said it before and I’m sure I’ll say it again until the dream likely dies on 2nd February, a Morley, Scowen and Henderson midfield would be the best in the league, bar none.

Not convinced Morley is a significantly better passer of the ball than Henderson tbh. They are both exceptional at this level . In any case you have know acknowledged Henderson’s existance so I am happy.

Morley is the best passer of the ball I’ve ever seen play for Wycombe, so for me he is significantly better than Henderson in that regard. Morley is absolutely exceptional at taking the ball in tight areas and not only retaining possession, but progressing the ball through the thirds of the pitch with precise and inventive passing on the ground. Henderson is definitely a very good passer, and has an eye for a lovely slide rule pass on the inside of a full back, but is a different kind of player. He’s more dynamic in how he plays and travels with the ball really well. The two would complement each other beautifully. Then add the tackling, tenacity and pitch coverage of Josh and it would be a perfect 3. I can dream.

Morley’s technique with both feet is levels above Henderson. If anyone disagrees with that then I have to assume they’ve either never played football properly or they’re a child.

That made me chuckle.

I rate Morley as much as anyone and unlike the popular opinion on here think some people have gone a bit too strong on how good Hendo is…but will be interested to see responses to your post.
