Leahy, Grimmer and Fred will almost certainly start. All rested in the week.
In my view the right decision, we will need a good mix of experience and “style” today to mix it with Stevenage. This is a game we could easily be bullied out of.
My starting 11 would be:
Van Sas
Grimmer Taylor Anders Harvie
Leahy Hendo Magnus
Fred Udoh Lowry
I’d actually like to see Allen playing wide left I think him and Harvie would cause lots of problems but unlikely to see that today.

There isn’t a settled experienced side to fall back to, fear playing like this would set up for the inevitable draw or late chase for a draw. Lowry maybe unlikely to start, think he was dropped not rested
Henderson on the bench, still no Fink and Allen (probably) left wing with Harvie at LB. Not sure.

Actually I’m intrigued with Harvie and Allen. This was my biggest fear that we couldn’t play them both.

Bench is better than the starting eleven again. When Tilley gets to Xmas as top goalscorer (on maybe 5) he might be asking when he gets a start.
Quite incredible that with a whole Summer and all that money spent, we are left with Udoh and the academy to play up front with 3 days left of the transfer window.

We’ve recruited the same way the AI does in Football Manager when the game gets 30-40 years in. A totally unbalanced and financially inexplicable match day squad.

This must be a move away from the back 3 /4 thing.
Lowry tucked in when Allen or Harvie went wide. Neither of them will tuck in so one will be wide left and one left back.
Without Fred we don’t have width right as Junior cuts in, so will be big on Jack to push on and offer width.
Seems a change in something.
