Is the game today available on the Sky red button? I thought all non-Saturday 3pm kick offs were but I can’t see it advertised anywhere
Not on Sky Sports + today I’m afraid, I was looking last night. Only Wanderers TV.
Hopefully the flights to Vipienne aren’t affected by the weather
Oh fudge! Does that mean I actually have to freeze and attend the game?
I would gladly swap. Can’t make it down today, enjoy it!
I wonder if there will be increased crowds at others games today with a number of them already called off.
So far games OFF are:
Championship
Sheff Utd vs Oxford
League One
Doncaster vs Luton
Rotherham vs Mansfield Town
League Two
Bromley vs Oldham
Colchester Accrington
Harrogate vs Swindon
Newport vs Tranmere
Notts Co vs Gillingham
Salford vs Shrewsbury
Walsall vs Fleetwood
Increased? I would have thought decreased. What sane person wants to watch football in this weather (yes I’m going!)?
Do we need to go to Vipienne if it’s not a Saturday 3PM?
They are treating this round of fixtures as if it was a Saturday 3pm game (I think they make the rules up as they go along).
Some people use Football as an excuse to escape the kids / wife / life at home but I do understand where you are coming from
So who do we think is fit enough to start today? Do we think Grimmer’s back injury will be sorted so he can play or feature from the bench? Will Leahy be dosed up so that he’ll make it through most of the match? Will Junior be given another opportunity? Will we start with 3 or 5 at the back?
Given McNeilly hasn’t been sent packing yet, have him and Duff called a truce and he comes in to replace Bell?
Or does Duff put Fred on the left?
Maybe @Otter87 is right and we may see a Tilley cameo, or even a start? Or does Duff continue with Junior?
So many questions!
Baffling, there was a Saturday 3PM not so long ago they didn’t treat as one because it was a holiday.
This book doesn’t have the answers……
How many layers today?
Temp is 1° at KO with a ‘feels like’ temp of -3°. Lots I would imagine!!
Brrrrr….. Long johns on standby.
A guess at today’s side, obviously highly dependent on player availability:
Norris
Huggins, Casey, Anders, Allen, Harvie for the back line
CBM, Leahy, Mullins in midfield
Woodrow and Fred up front
On the bench: Van Sas, Taylor, Fink, Junior, Tilley, Lowry, anyone else we can find…
I thought the Cardiff game was going to be chilly but it wasn’t too bad with the right prep. Stay safe and warm folks.
Tilley was fizzing in a few shots in the NYD warm-up. He may well be required to put one past his former employers.
