Taylor Allen keeps his place. Fink first sub after Van Sas.
Wonder how many make the trip to the ground then watch it on a tv inside!
Fairly expected starting 11, hoping Junior can perform better at RWB than his brief stint there against Cardiff. Maybe a slight shame Fink doesnāt start, but in Duff we trust ![]()
No shots on target from either team in the 93rd minute. ![]()
Big call from Duff. Three at the back with Armando at right wing-back the one to watch.
Plenty of shots. Only one on target that Iāve seen in the few minutes Iāve been watching.
I really enjoyed(!) watching their centre forward at the away game. He was colossal and totally bullied our defence. Think it was Bugiel so Iām relieved heās not starting.
Would have preferred Huggns to start over Junior if Iām being horrible
Youāre not being horrible, unfortunately Junior has a habit of losing possession anywhere on the pitch and isnāt physical enough to regain it, whereas, Huggins is more controlled in possession & more tenacious if he should lose it.
I thought that that would be the case, but then considering Huggins is a supposed specialist in defence, he didnāt exactly look like it last time out.
So maybe Junior was preferred for his attacking potential, especially if AFCW has a slow back line - I donāt know if thatās true or not, just saying itās a possibility.
Very true!!
I thought we looked more balanced like this. I think this is a great lineup to beat Wimbledon - grabbing like itāll be a straightforward 3 points now
Adam Reach scored again for Lincoln. Big mistake not renewing his contract at the end of last season. Looked a good player every time he played.
I want Junior to get in their box as often as possible. His trickery could well lead to a wild challenge and a penalty decision.
Three points against Wimbledon donāt come easy.
Or easily even!
Itās never straightforward.
Along with Luton, this is thr fixture I least look forward to. Always a terrible game against Wimbledon and they normally beat us. Not a match I have high hopes for.
Yeah. Constant long balls. Always on a dreadful pitch. Often a bore draw.
That was a terrible game. Bolton devoid of any idea of how to break Northampton down. Canāt see Bolton going up this season, even if they do make the play-offs. I feel sorry for their fans who have stayed loyal to the club throughout their underachieving seasons of late.
