Mind you @malone, our gate was quite poor yesterday. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was walking up Hillbottom Rd and how easy it was to get into the various car parks.
It is a real shame that the FA cup doesn’t seem to be such a big draw for the fans anymore.
If you look at other gates in Rd1 I thought ours was pretty decent at 3571.

League count all ST whether in attendance or not. Paying extra, especially in run up to Xmas (yes I used that word in November), might stretch a few household’s budgets. All in all can’t say I’m surprised how FA cup attendances are low, particularly for early rounds.
I know it’s not quite the same, as it ended up in a draw, but you inspired me to watch that Lowry goal to go back to 2-2 the other week on You Tube 
I think the low costs for the game helped our attendance otherwise we might have seen a sub 3000.
The club got the Tuesday night and Saturday cup games spot on with pricing
