And a 96th min equaliser for 3-3. Good watch.

Great game for people who hate defending

I am slightly cursing my timing of bringing Van D into my fantasy team a few weeks ago.

Agreed, I should have said he had a loss of self control.

I think last time the gasroom had this debate we agreed “silly billy” is the acceptable phrase to use.

Slot is already enduring a really difficult time, so really doesn’t need Salah coming out and saying he’s being thrown under the bus, has no relationship with the manager and how he shouldn’t have to battle to get a place in the team for what he’s done before!

Who’d be a manager eh?

What a terrible outburst from Salah and just a few days after Slot said he was behaving so professionally over being left out.

Oh well, yet another big pay day coming up.

How anyone with Mo Salah’s incredible playing achievements - 250 goals from a wide position at a rate of one every other game - and immense wealth can display such bitterness is beyond belief and very sad to see.

Salah knows he is off to AFCON in a few days and has potentially made his rallying cry for a Saudi team to come in with a huge offer. Win win all round i’d say.

To be fair to Salah at least he’s complaining about not playing, rather than money or a move.

Methinks he doth protest too much. Not sure why I’ve taken sufficient interest to post about something that is so removed from the reality of yesterday’s Devon debacle but a big screen-filling social media post from Salah himself which was displayed during Match of the Day had me struggling up from my armchair to get near enough to the screen to read it with my aged myopic eyes. Beautifully written, possibly with a little “help from a friend”, but beyond my naïve comprehension until I read @YorkshireBlue’s comment.

I’m not sure we need to be “fair” to a player who has basically said that because of what he’s done before he doesn’t need to battle for his place.

That’s woeful.

As is putting all this extra pressure on a manager already struggling. And alluding to how he might soon be off if something doesn’t change.

Salah is over the hill - they never should have given him a new contract. I expect Slot will be canned soon, too - unlike Klopp, he hasn’t got the excuse of an injury crisis.

A Saudi team will shell out a big fee to sign him so Liverpool will also gain financially.

Maybe, but will a guy who still has a colossal ego handle a massive drop in league status?

He could easily have taken that route in the summer which in hindsight Liverpool must be cursing it not happening.

Surely even moneybags Saudi teams will massively reduce the summer offer.

Signing the bloke who has been on the cover of GQ Middle East for the last 36 months will pay for itself in replica shirts

Wolves are shit. Pass it on.

Lincoln Red Imps of Gibraltar sitting just inside the playoff places in the Conference League with one game to go. They HAVE to get something away at Legia Warsaw to make it through which is extremely unlikely, but them getting this far was extremely unlikely as well.

Lincoln Red Imps have already beaten Lech Poznan who sit 7th in the Polish league. Legia Warsaw are currently in the relegation zone in the same league.

A draw would most likely see them through to the knockout phase.
