Surprise birthday present for James.
Heard good things about him from Wimbledon fans, weve been chasing him for over 2 years.
The last ex Wimbledon player called we signed called Tilley did alright.
Kevin Tilley despite in his twighlight years, had an excellent season for us at right back in 84/85.
A right character, he used to come into the Blues club at Loakes Park, in columbo Jacket and slippers.

Interesting that we’re signing a 27 year old. I assumed the data would lean towards younger players we can build then sell
Over 24, out of contract, no transfer fee.
That is always appealing to clubs.
Would provide good competition for Harvie at left wing back, possibly why we didn’t want to keep Reach
Think he will be on the right - but can play left too. More attacking than a wing back.
Seems a direct replacement for Sadlier.

I think Tilley can play multiple positions and will likely be utilised on right whereas Sadlier was very much left.
