I would have thought that, after the mess of the January window, perhaps we’d rebalance the ratio between signing players with League 1 experience and players without League 1 experience. I guess there was no lesson to be learned from January. Full steam ahead signing players where the data is incomparable to League 1 football. Feels inherently risky, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see how it pans out before critiquing too much.

Would a 21 year old who has played 12 professional matches be coming in as first choice?
Phew that’s a relief, great to see we’re going to get back to having 5 professional goalkeepers on the books. I was getting a bit worried there that we might be a bit short handed in that department.
Still more than a month to get a sixth in as well, just in case.

I don’t see why not. Man City fought off Barcelona and Ajax to sign him as a 16 year old. Been capped by Netherlands at under 15, 16, and 19 levels
I doubt he’s coming here to sit on the bench for any length of time.
