I wonder if the artist formerly known as richie is aware Dr Congo can’t ban him anymore. He knew things…

I thought richie was @Chairboys80

Reasonable assumption.

‘Forecourt Attendant’ sounds rather quaint these days. I’m old enough (as a few others on here must be) to remember when you only had to lower your car window and ask an attendant to “fill ‘er up, please” before handing over a few coins and, if you had a posh car, a note or two, before driving off after hardly moving a muscle. Them was the days.

Can we still post rumours here?

I’ve Google translated the link:

‘Wycombe Wanderers wants to take over Van Sas from Feyenoord’

Today, 17:43 143 comments 1908.nl

Wycombe Wanderers FC has officially reported to Feyenoord for Mikki van Sas. The English club from the League One is concrete in its interest in the 21-year-old goalkeeper, who played on a rental basis for Vitesse last season. This is reported by 1908.nl.

Van Sas was loaned out by Feyenoord to the club from Arnhem in the 2024/2025 season. During his loan period, he made thirteen appearances in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie and KNVB Cup. His market value is currently estimated at an amount of 400,000 euros, after he came over from Manchester City on a free transfer.

The Utrecht-born Van Sas went through the youth academy of USV Hercules and FC Utrecht, before he was plucked away by Manchester City in 2020. After three years in England, he signed a contract with Feyenoord until mid-2026 in the summer of 2023. The goalkeeper has not yet made an official debut in Feyenoord’s first team.

They would check your oil level as well, and you would get Green Shield stamps!

Thankfully for Colchester, a missile hitting their stadium (with no-one in it, of course) would improve it’s atmosphere.

I don’t fully understand this rule, but there’s a suggestion that if we’re serious about signing Van Sas one of the Danes will have to leave first

Its just means thats Van Sas won’t get a work permit and that we have no chance in signing this player!

Can one of them leave when he never really arrived?

Zen thought for the day.

And admit that Rice was wrong to sign them… Very big call

Nahki Wells leaving Bristol City. Data will say 35 too old but would have done a job for us off the bench for a season.

I would argue Dodds has already done that as Hagelskjaer has barely featured since February

There is clearly a plan if we are going for Mikki, potentially Anders leaving.

Not necessarily. Further down the thread Andy Watson notes than even though you normally need five years in the UK to get ‘settled status’ since Van Sas was at Manchester City during covid the three years he spent there might be sufficient.

Rice buys an expensive bathroom suite from ikea unfortunately Doods doesn’t use it and instead fits the bath plug to the toilet.

One hand clapping.

How I celebrated most of Dodds games…
