I’m easily puzzled but what are you on about?!
I’m way too old to have a clue about any of these signings these days.
Can someone who isn’t the bloke who slates every signing we make tell me it’s good news please?
He is a very good League one keeper with experience of the Championship and at International level. A good acquisition and a step up from Norris.
Must add Hard Times to Bigred87s reading list…
let’s hope the knuckle draggers are wrong and he turns out to be a good signing, like a lot of the so called big clubs the fans often get things wrong and turn on players quickly not good if you are a keeper.
Hopefully he smiles and claps a lot.
Hardly glowing reviews from the Plymouth faithful.
I hope we can keep this early momentum going and sign our key targets early in the window to allow them to settle in before league one commences.
You have such a jaundiced view of our football club.
Poor reviews given through the lens of bitterness on X is nothing new
Or smaller clubs like ours ! (Norris)
Exactly, I still remember the negativity when Curtis Thompson signed for us and he turned out to be one of our best signings.
Yet i read plenty of other clubs were trying to sign him.
Akinfenwa’s signing had a pretty lukewarm response on here.
We are far more patient , Norris would have had far more abuse from most other clubs

[/quote]Whilst I agree to a point, it shouldn’t be forgotten that Norris was an everpresent League 1 winner with Pompey in 23/24 AND in the League 1 team of that season.
I think the problem is probably that his ability/form has regressed since then.
Did he turn out okay?
Strong men create good times
I’m having a good time.Does that make me strong?
