Wow, I know from Shaun the groundsman that the pitch is being taken up and relaid. There have been picnic days and I am not sure if there are any other functions planned. That said, the window for getting the new pitch ready seems extremely tight.

The pitch was like an absolute bowling green for the last game of the season, what is the remit for digging it up again ? Or is it to add more to the spending bill on infrastructure, so you can spend more on the 1st team ?

Don’t know, like you I couldn’t believe it when Shaun told us about it being replaced, as the pitch looked really great for the Rotherham game.

Requesting far left political views simply move to the relevent thread is not.

If you think opposing Musk’s completely deranged and (in my humble opinion) reprehensible, obnoxious and divisive views is “a far left political view” you are (also in my humble opinion) a somewhat strange individual.
Everyone - who is not similarly deranged and/or a fascist - and has some semblance of being a decent human being should be opposed to Musk’s rantings.
The logic of your statement is that Winston Churchill (for example) was far-left, which doesn’t really fit with my understanding of British History.

Labelling Musk a Facsist is the far left bit. It belittles true facsism in the same way that “racist” is banded around and overly used with the same effect.
This method of shutting people down and mocking any views right of centre is the go to tool of the far left.
In any case I wanted this taken to the relevent thread because of people being drawn in and hijacking this thread.
It appears I am a victim of my own fears and I will say no more on here.
