Now that I can’t be downvoted perhaps you will allow me to post the following which might be of interest:

Wycombe legends Martin O’Neill, Gareth Ainsworth and Bayo Akinfenwa feature in a newly launched podcast called Shall we sing a song 4U.

The podcast explores the links between football and music, two of the nation’s favourite pastimes, and is co-hosted by former Blues manager Ainsworth, lead singer in rock band The Cold Blooded Hearts, and ex-Wanderers director, broadcaster Alan Parry.

Said Parry: ‘We have guests from the world of football talking about their love of music and well known names from the entertainment business chatting about their favourite football teams. Martin O’Neill and Bayo have some very surprising tastes in music whilst another of our guests Henning Wehn tells us how he became a big Wycombe fan.’

Continuing the Wanderers theme, the podcast is produced in partnership with major club sponsor Cherry Red Records.

Shall we sing a song 4U is available on the usual platforms including X, YouTube and Instagram.

Tom Heaton, who came to us on loan in 2010 and played 16 games for us, is 39 years old and is Manchester United’s third-choice goalkeeper. It’s 1,029 days since his last competitive first-team game. There’s a full-page article about him in today’s Guardian newspaper, well worth a read. ‘Zero regrets’: Tom Heaton on life at Manchester United after 1,029 days without a game | Manchester United | The Guardian

Was Umerah the guy from Watford that bottled that header when he was on loan? Or am I thinking of someone else?

That’s the lad - nickname Ducky

Alex Jubiak.

Jakubiak - he was playing alongside Alex Samuel last season at Partick

:scream:, I’m sorry Josh.

I got over excited at the chance to make the Ducky gag. We still get angry amongst our group on the terrace over that!

Caleb Taylor has scored for Milwall.

Kodua scores for Luton

Wondered who the heck this wycombeweekly fella was :joy:

There’s a number of these sort of age fellas doing this 3rd choice keeper gig.

Carson at City perhaps the cushiest life. Never has to play yet gets to cling onto all the glory and a huge wage

Tranmere had a 44yo in goal the other night, made some incredible saves https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRmc4HCgdUD/?igsh=c2s0aGtmMXp5eGhq

How old was our goalie coach when he played v Plymouth? Late 40s?

I want to say 47…
