Hopefully by then we will know the new squad as we don’t want new shirts with players names on who have left !! Reminds me of a Man Utd colleague who was obsessed with Garnacheo - had a shirt printed with his name on 2 weeks before Garnacheo left for Chelsea ! - he was devastated but was silly enough to bring the shirt into work to show us - one of our “scallywags” got hold of it at some point and stuck a label over the name with Goneacheo !! - you cannot beat football humour !

Looks like the deal to get a kid’s football shirt thrown in with a season ticket was a one off. Club have just announced the new deal, swapping out a shirt for a… scarf.
Next year a rosette. The free shirt was softening families up for yearly changes for all three kits.

Not just a scarf……But an array of extra goodies as loyalty points for actually turning up regularly
I’m not against that as an idea. And doing the same offer year after a year can get boring and show a lack of imagination.
But it doesn’t immediately feel as good of a win as a free shirt for every kid season ticket.
Maybe that’s just the early bird offer. Same price as this year and a scarf. With a new season offer of a season ticket for £35 and a free shirt?
Even at £35 and the 40+% price increase that would represent, it’d Be a cracking deal.
