Rumour Mill

Nothing I’ve seen of Joe Low over the last couple of years, would suggest to me he’d stop applying himself in training.

It was a difficult last few months for all the squad.

He’s chosen to sign off with a warm and appreciative message of thanks to the club, so think it’s better to focus on that, wish him good luck and move on.

The club have changed so much , no warmth, not engaging and acting like a corporate with no regards for its fans , all the comments from the club now shows no affection to the fans …very sad and if continues will lose more fans

This happened when Rob joined the club. His focus was on Fan experience but anything to do with the club as a business was kept very much under wraps. I don’t think we are the only club and it’s just the way things are going. The days when a local business-person was the chairman (person) and they were keen to be transparent have gone.

I disagree

ivor beeks was a local businessman and that eventually ended up with steve hayes and all the wonderful things he did for the club…

mic drop!

I don’t disagree with your comment.

I was merely making the point that we don’t know what happened, so suggesting the club were to blame for him leave Ng is also inaccurate (which was the comment I was replying to).

Ooh, I know this one!

Is it that the change in tactics left him totally isolated and negated his strengths while accentuating his weaknesses?

It is, sn’t it.

Would that be the Steve Hayes who funded the club to the tune of multiple millions until ultimately his available money ran out, achieving two promotions and a League Cup semi final and without whom it is very possible, some would say highly likely, that the clubs league status at the very least would have been lost and the remarkable story of the last 10-15 years never have been written?

Goodness gracious

Ooh Nick Tilley, whom I’m assuming is a relation to James, having a quick scan through his timeline, just liked my tweet.

Looking more and more likely this one, which is exciting.

not a signing that excites …we are taking an age to act…now prob lost CB from Lincoln , but hey we have Hartridge…the league 1 Baresi

I like James Tilley. Works hard, plays wing back or proper winger, has two good feet.

good enough for our ambitions ? not in my view , this summers transfers need to be on point …like Huddersfield

It’s not inconceivable to think that it could be all of the above.

I cant tell if this is tongue in cheek ir not?

So who would you like us to sign? Please tell us YOUR realistic targets & their positions?

I feel like we are being gaslighted here.

That sure is some impressive cherry picking of events.

I don’t know about @Chairboys80 but I predict all of the players we buy will be unimpressive and show a lack of ambition. Bang average, club showing contempt for the fans and we will be lucky to survive never mind get promoted.. I’m never coming to AP again probably if this keeps up.
