It wasnt the away end as such but felt like it for the Charlton Athletic v Wycombe Wanderers cup match due to sitting in one of the main stands with a few hundred Wycombe fans in an over spill section

Struggled to get Wycombe end tickets, but last minute managed to score two hospitality box tickets with mainly Leicester fans. It was a classic ‘met a bloke in a car park’ brown envelope scenario. Cost a fortune but Leicester hospitality was very good and well worth it. When Essandoh scored I was too shocked to do anything but sit there open mouthed. It wouldn’t have been a problem if I’d leapt up and down though. Golden days.
