Why is Dodds still in Charge?

I very much doubt I am alone.

In wanting a new head coach? Of course not

It’s a sad indictment that in addition to this you want him to experience “hell”. Makes you sound like a nasty piece of work to be honest

I’d say your very much in the minority now Eric. I’d have loved for us to kick on after Mansfield, the reality is Dodds came out and said he wasn’t happy with certain aspects of that performance and they’d be fixed. Then that performance against Peterborough. He looks like he’s already Doddanised Bell, Woodrow and the Rb whos name alludes me.

It’s been a dreadful 8months. He’s not cut out for the role. He doesn’t get the best out of the players and we’ve gone backwards massively. For that matter I don’t think any of the chaps above him are cut out for there roles neither.

The club is a play thing for Lomtadze and run by a bunch of muppets (family and friends of family). None of them have the experience required, but that doesn’t matter. Saturday, if it’s the s**t show as expected, will be my last game for a while. The world’s too depressing as it is without going through the torment of watching the drivel that Dodds and co want to serve up each game. If you read this Dodds, for God’s sake let the players play!

I’m inclined to agree with Eric here. We can make our point but he’s a human being and he’s doing the best job he thinks he can.

We don’t need to bully or be nasty, we’re a better supporter base than that.

I’m ready for him to go but it should be civil.

Well you are entitled to your judgement of me of course. “giving hell” is simply a figure of speech. You have obviously interpreted it literally,I find that a little strange but there you go.For the record my version of “giving him hell” will involve booing,if we are partIcularily poor I may even join in asking him to depart.

I can assure you I have no plans for him to end up in the underworld surrounded by demons or standing face to face with lucifer.I also consider it a sign of good character to express your discontent directly to people rather than to participate in the snidy name calling and abuse that so many feel comfortable issuing from the safety of their keyboards.

I can’t imagine how difficult it must be going through life assuming every figure of speech was meant literally. I’d be buggered.

Yeah I knew you didn’t mean it literally

'“Giving him hell” implies a lot more than politely remarking it might be time for a new head coach doesn’t it?

Certainly not in my case.I won’t be shouting abuse, just booing/asking him to go if the performance warrants it.This is as far as my version of “giving hell” goes.Like others have said he’s a human being and mismanaging a football team doesn’t deserve a hell any more aqute than this in my opinion.

there it is Duddsy.

Is your name Roger ?

Out of interest, what would it take for you to ‘give hell’ to Dan, Eduard and Mikheil?

Admittedly the latter would involve the expense of flights, a passport and a private detective.

I suspect we will get into a pattern of winning some, losing some, drawing some and end up mid-table under Dodds.

The argument might be whether or not you think that’s good enough.

With one incredible game that is pure Brazil70
